Relational vs. Individual Therapy
Relational therapy allows both members to sit with a therapist and receive counseling.
Individual therapy allows one or both members to meet with a therapist independently. Still, they can explore and work through relationship issues.

What We Offer
Flexible Scheduling
Honest Healing Therapeutic Services understands that work schedules and other events can occur. Your appointments do not have to be at the same time on the same day of the week. You can work with your therapist to create a different schedule that will work with your lifestyle as events arise.
Hybrid Scheduling
With hybrid scheduling, you can arrange with your therapist to meet you in person on some days and meet you virtually on other days.
Home Based Therapy
Home-based therapy takes place at your home rather than in an office. It is beneficial for people who have difficulties getting to the mental health facilities.
Virtual Sessions
You can do your video session from your phone, laptop, tablet, or desktop computer, wherever you can get cell or Wi-Fi connections. If you would prefer to just talk on your phone, you can do that, too. We want you to be able to keep your appointments regardless of your busy schedule.
Most clients find Telehealth therapy to be easier and more convenient than in-person therapy. We understand that your privacy is of utmost importance, which is why we've chosen to use Therapy Note's secure Telehealth platform.
In-Person Therapy
In-person sessions allow therapists to read nonverbal cues that support verbal communication. Nonverbal information can help a therapist better understand your needs. Some mental health needs require direct, in-person therapeutic support. Art, music, and play therapy can provide practical support in person.
Confidentiality
No one outside of Honest Healing Therapeutic Services may access your therapy and case management records without your prior written permission or as required by law.
